Shrek, an alias, is one of the pioneers of bringing the community together through Lion City Spartans (LCS). His physical fitness training background has guided many athletes in LCS to attempt and eventually take on obstacle racing to a competitive level. His expertise in strength and conditioning will assist our elite athletes to reaching greater heights.

Lenny is one of the key coaches in Endoxos. He is SGX-certified and also a sports climbing instructor and coach. His experience in OCR and in training large groups gives him much credibility for guiding athletes in the sport. His expertise in long-distance running also provides good tips in long-distance OCR.
