David also serves as the Central Board Member for Asia at World OCR. Chairman of the Singapore Rugby Sevens and Vice President of the Singapore Rugby Union, he oversees the commercial, marketing and communications for the sport. His experience will provide excellent guidance and governance to the development of OCR in Singapore.
Derrick is an avid member of OCR in Singapore. His 28 years of outstanding military service as an army officer with vast experience in Command, Training, HR and International Relations, coupled with the passion for OCR, will be instrumental for the society in its pioneer years as we seek to work with grassroots organisations to promote the growth of the sport in Singapore.
Kelvyn is one of the pioneer OCR runners in Singapore. He has 10 years of experience in dragonboating and 7 years of obstacle course racing, participating in various Tough Mudder and Spartan Race events. Having now passed on the leadership of TMDsports, an OCR group he started, he will now channel his energy towards the development of the sport in Singapore at a national level.
Avril is recognised in the sports community, having been actively involved in rugby and other sports for the past 7 years in Singapore. We are delighted that she has taken a key role with OCRS, which will be pivotal for the operations, and for the advancement of the sport.

The role of the accountant will be to assist in the management of administration and finance of the society.
The legal counsel will have to be a registered lawyer with the Law Society of Singapore. He/She will be managing the legal risks for the society.
The medical consultant will have to be a registered doctor with the Singapore Medical Council. He/She will be crucial in providing advice to our elite athletes.
The in-house physiotherapist will manage our elite athletes' injury and mobility preparation for and after races.
